Carole is a 'balls to the walls' kind of editor. She doesn't hold back if the writing is unclear or needs restructuring. This is the kind of professionalism a writer needs. I appreciate that she's not uncomfortable in this aspect. Not that she doesn't point out the strong writing, but identifying the weakness saves a lot of time and makes the story stronger. I'd use this company again and again.
