Eddi has a BA in Library and Information Management (UniSA) as well as experience in computer training and testing. She is proficient in Australian English but also edits in UK and US English. She has worked with migrant students teaching English as a second language and understands the writing problems faced by non-native English speakers. Along with expertise in technical writing and the creation of user guides and instruction manuals, she has studied web design/development and hospitality/tourism enabling her to successfully run and market her own ‘bed and breakfast’ in the Adelaide Hills. Currently working in the academic editing and online-learning fields she is an ‘attention-to-detail’ person and a passionate proofreader, and is keen to assist you in creating writing that is interesting, easy to read and grammatically correct.
